I have found this website/forum so helpful that i've decided to create a HFI awareness Facebook page. For those of you on facebook i would love to hear from you!

I think if you like the page, then it considers you a member. You should get post updates to your facebook account. (I think...)

Hey UKBill, have you got a facebook account? If you have just do a search for Hereditary Fructose Intolerance and click the like button at the top of the page,you can then view the page and get any updates as they come up Hope this helps
