Hi,
We are from Canada. We were living in Kansas but have moved up to the London, Ontario area. I will be soon looking for doctors, etc. to continue to get a definitive diagnosis for our kids. The kids have been following a fructose free (except for wjhen my daughter sneaks the bad/good stuff) for 2 years and it made a huge difference. They both have recently been diagnosed as having a wheat allergy which makes things a little more challenging but they are doing well.

We are in BC and I just found a place that does gene testing in Calgary, Alberta. It is a children's hospital. I posted all the info in a link in my previous thread. I have problems with fructose and am a Celiac so wheat and gluten free as well. You should look into gluten free sourdough... I think the fructose gets eaten up. It is easy to make a starter from gluten free flour and water. Do you yourself have problems with fructose?
