I used to be able to eat moderate amounts of Pizza Hut thin crust pizza. I can tolerate SOME tomato sauces, the ones without added sugar, as long as they are in a dish with lots and lots of cheese. (For me, dairy helps me recover from fructose.) However, Pizza Hut has gradually changed their menu so that their sauce now has added sugar. This might have made their pizza more popular with the general public, but it has made it very UNpopular with me.
My family did order a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, specifying light sauce, the other day. I ate part of it with a glass or two of milk and felt fine afterward, but I can apparently tolerate more fructose than many people here.
I don't know any other pizza brands that I can tolerate at all. They all seem to add sugar to their crust.

Kim I to can occasionally "risk it" a bit.. however I feel much better when I don't What you are describing is masking the hypoglycaemia effects of the Fructose with lactose and other carbs which readily breakdown into Glucose. The damaging effects of the ingested Fructose will still be there, knocking you down and keeping you from feeling really good in yourself. It's the same with people who eat Dextrose.. it contains from 4% sucrose to 40% and can still be sold as 100% pure Dextrose / Glucose. The amount of Glucose floods the system and gives a massive sugar "HIGH" followed by a deep "LOW" when the body reasserts control over the blood sugar level and over compensates. I can occasionally get away with a little double or triple concentrated tomato paste. or used to until i learned about the masking of Fructose. I used to think so long as I was not immediately ill after eating a meal I'd got away with it.. Now I understand all the side symptoms I was suffering.. Bloating, bad guts, constipation and general poor health etc.. Now feeling very much better since I got serious about my diet and stopped cheating
