According to the video made by Dr Robert H. Lustig, MD, UCSF Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Endocrinology
The only products that they sell that contain NO HFCS are as follows..
1/. French Fries 2/. Hash Browns (but still contain "natural Sucrose" in the Potatoes) 3/. Chicken McNuggets 4/. Sausage 5/. Diet Coke.(UCK! the sweeteners in the diet coke will make you unable to feel satisfied after eating a meal so you will eat more!) 6/. Iced Tea, (it contains loads of normal Sugar and sweeteners!) 7/. Coffee
So the meat patty's ARE NOT SAFE!

Hamburg patties and fish are both ok from McDonalds in the USA. (WithOUT the bun). Across the pond is a different matter. I don't remember which is which, I just remember that some things that are ok here are not in Europe, and some things from there that are ok are not in the states.
McDonalds website can tell you what is in each item.

I eat the McNuggets all the time, but I think every one of the sauces they serve with them has sugar. I also eat the fries, with no problem.
I used to order hamburgers with pickles only (these are sour dill pickles, not sweet) but I have found that the buns at most fast food restaurants are too sweet for me.
Both my kids are in college now, living away from home, and they have both commented that years of eating my sugarless cooking has made them realize how much sugar others put in food. My son said he can't eat McDonald's hamburger buns any more because they taste like pound cake to him.

I know what the Mc D's web site might show that but the Dr is an AMERICAN Doctor and tests stuff!
He runs an obesity clinic in the USA.
I think you will find they do contain added sugar somewhere in the processing of the meat.
Yes Kim55 all the dipping sauces contain loads of HFCS

I think mcDonalds uses a bit of soy in their burgers too. I heard that it has the least meat in the burger of any burger chain. Might be a myth though.

The uk burgers have sugar in them, I always used to get just the meat and fries for Meg if we were desparate for something, and a drink of milk to dilute it...... If you go on their website you can get a very good lst of ingredients though as each country is slightly different.

Last time I had some fries from McD they had sprinkled them with a salt like substance that I am certain contained Dextrose! The moment I tasted them I became ravenously hungry and could taste something other than salt and my teeth felt "thin" if that makes any sense?? After eating a large portion of the fries I was actually hungrier than before I had them to eat! This went off after about 10 to 15 min as I started to digest the starches and fats from the fries, and my blood sugar level came back up after the spike. They do not always use this "salt" on the fries and I have had them on other occasions, when desperate, and they have not been covered with this compound and they tasted like normal fries and I did not get the "ravenous" feeling as I ate them.

Apparently in order to call a burger a "beef Burger" it has to contain more than "4% beef derived content" thats right 4% only.. the rest can be anything from any type of animal that is legally allowed to be consumed by humans, there is no need for any of the "Beef derived content" to be meat, it can be gelatin, hide hooves etc..
This level was set by the meat products self regulatory committee set up by international food producers to ensure the food we get to eat is safe and wholesome!
Self regulation in the food industry dose NOT work!

The only two things I eat at McDonalds are fires and Chicken McNuggets. I think Mozzarella sticks (if they are called that way) are fine, but I don't like experimenting much with my food for obvious reasons
