Just wondering how some of you tolerate Cream of chicken/Cream of mushroom soups? Campbells variety? Not to eat a whole bowl, but to use in cooking? Safe, not safe?

Regina does fine on these soups. I use them to make things like tuna noodle casserole. I always use Campbells, though, as some of the others contain sugar.

In the UK packet (dried) soups contain loads of Lactose so they might taste sweet if you are in a sensitive phase but so long as its only lactose its fine to eat.
I prefer to make my own soups and freeze what I don't eat on the day for a later time. Plastic milk bottles are great for this if washed out well.
