I agree with Fred about Hospital but your natural instincts will guide you best.
A few things about HFI that might help you.
1/. Firstly do not panic!
2/. A limited "unhealthy" Diet is what we with HFI thrive on.
3/. Do not let the 5 vegetable or fruit portions a day terrorists disturb you! The main reason 5 portions of fruit or veg a day is good for you is because it will replace 5 chocolate bars or 5 cakes.
4/. For an HFI child you have to turn everything you understood about nutrition on its head.
If Roza has a Fatty Liver then she was on her way to Liver failure before you changed her diet.
So other problems will "appear" until your little girl has repaired her Liver.. this might take a year or 2 until she has grown a new liver in effect.
Do not panic the Liver is a mighty Organ which is capable of almost completely regrowing.. given time and no more poisons.
Your Daughter will be very very sensitive to Fructose until she is older.
The older your daughter gets on a good diet the better her health will be, well that's the way it is working for me anyway.
Did the Doctor diagnose Cirrhosis of the Liver when you had the Ultra sound? Or have you found that on the Internet?
Can you send me or Fred your "Diet" because I for one disagree with much that is on the "normally" listed HFI diet.
Many of the items listed there it is far to high in Fructose for me.
Or list the diet you are feeding her here and we can all give you our opinions.
I am Glad she is not eating anything sweet Good for her!
Do not Panic over vitamins or minerals, if your daughter is eating lots of Meat, fish and Carbohydrates such as White Rice and Pasta she will be short of only Vitamin C which could effect her adversely.
If she gets sore Gums around her teeth then you need to get some Vitamin C into her.. This only happened to me when I was a teenager and growing at a silly rate.
One school Term I was the smallest in my class, 2 school terms later I was by far the tallest in the class!
Lemon Juice is the "natural" way to get Vitamin C but that has some Fructose in it also.. so perhaps grinding up a Vitamin C tablet and dissolving it in a drink of water (not milk) will help.
It is difficult to over dose on Vitamin C but it dose not remain in the body for long so a little often is better then one large dose occasionally.
I hope this helps and you can understand my English.
Do you have Skype? if you do its easier to message you that way and secure too
