Laura Do you think you'll be able to do the brown rice flour? I've never given that to Regina since they always said no brown rice. I'll be interested to hear if you try them. If they work for you, it's likely they'll work for her. I sure hope so. That would be great!!

I don't have as much of an issue with Brown Rice as I do with other ingredients. It's one of those things I let slide, like garlic.

Has anyone tried these to see if they taste good? I do ok with a little bit of brown rice flour, but I have never been able to eat brown rice in the whole rice form.

I would love to find English Muffins in England that I can eat. They all have added sugar in the England. The only problems with Brown Rice are :- 1/. The Germ contains Fructose in small amounts its true but its still there 2/. The Bran is dietary fibre which like all Digestible Dietary Fibre is converted in the Lower intestine into Sucrose which causes bloating inflammation and eventually IBS. Hence the need for non-digestible fibre to keep the bowel moving correctly but without the associated IBS! Thank goodness for Psyllium Husks YAY!
