Paprika... out. Has fructose in it...rather high amounts for a spice. I wold get rid of Garlic too.
Don't know about this one, but the flavorer enhancer has me a bit worried.
I would look closer at the Chicken meat, stabilizer, antioxidant, and preservative. (I think all preservatives are bad, but that's just me.) I bet the chicken meat has artificial and/or natural flavors. That is code for Fructose added. Fructose is not considered a sugar by the FDA....they consider it a food flavor....so watch out for that.
Water and salt and I believe pepper too are all fine. : )
Good luck.

Regina does fine on all the ingredients listed, but I would question the "cured" on the bottom. What is it cured with? They quite often use sugar in the curing. If you can track down what they used there, it's probably safe.

Welcome to the HFI-info board how can we help?
Roza&Meryem Have your children been diagnosed HFI?
IF so yes your daughters should be fine with the salami.
The % fructose in the salami will be minute.

sorry I do not spell well. I meant to say the amount of Fructose will be very very small most likely too small to bother anyone but the most sensitive person. Apologies for bad English.
