So corn starch is the endosperm of the corn right? ..and this is where they extract the high fructose corn syrup from?
Why does the nutritional values for cornstarch show 0 sugars?
Is this true 0 sugars?

Even though corn itself is not ok, corn flour, corn starch, corn oil, even plain corn sugar is okay. It's only the High Fructose corn sugar/syrup that isn't. The fructose is in the germ of the corn. Makes corn products very confusing.
