I read about a vitamin product. It's called Juice Plus +. Here's the link: www.juiceplus.comHere you get all the vitamins from fruits and vegetables. A pill is equivalent to eating 6-9 fruits and vegetables a day. The truth is that pills are made fresh and you get a delivery every 3 months. Can not be bought in shops and require a subscription. I have checked it and there's no cheating. I could not find information about the content, but wrote an email to them. Is there anyone who knows about it? It could be fantastic. We will get all the healthy from fruit and vegetables without taking the harmful part.

This looks like an interesting product, but this line from the website concerns me:
"Juice Plus+ is made from fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables. The fruits and vegetables are juiced, and the juices are then concentrated into powders using a proprietary drying process that carefully maintains temperatures at levels that preserve as much of the original nutrient quality as possible."
It seems like the fructose would carry through in this process.
Let us know what they say if they write back.

I take this supplement. It is a good source of vitamin C. I take only 1 of the fruit capsules and 1 of the vegetable and I don't take it every day. I find it aids regularity. However, I do not feel I can comfortably recommend it to others. I am very uncomfortable with automatic shipments and the push to get you to take 4 pills every day. If a family of four enrolled for just one shipment then it might work out to be worthwhile. It makes me crazy to wonder where all the sugar goes when they process this product! I think I will email them for more details.
