I wrote an email to mcdonalds and got answer. There should be no fructose in mcnuggets menu with water.

According to their ingredient lists in Britain their fries are safe and their beefburgers are 100% beef so we have tried a couple of times just fries and the beefburger, their buns are full of sugar. I order megs 2 burgers as they are very thin and they come in a huge polystyrene box - each!!! Obviously McD's have no problem with packaging waste!!!!!
Jury still slightly out as to whether they are OK but she hasn't been sick after them but was wiped out for several days. Trouble is we have always had them at the end of a busy day for convenience so she may just be tired anyway!!?? if they are ok it will be so nice for her to join in something "normal"
