I have found two sources of Oat Matza which contain only oat flour and water.
1) www.lakewoodmatzoh.com/matzoh_gluten_free.asp This one is my recommendation. It actually tastes good...well if you think that matza tastes good.
2) www.glutenfreeoatmatzos.com/ These are made by a Rabbi in the UK with distribution to other countries. Unfortunately, they taste like cardboard.
It is too late to order for this year but good info for next year. I found them after the ordering deadline & paid for expedited shipping.
