Today I had the following:
Breakfast: Shredded wheat & Milk (Post brand, the large biscuits)
Lunch: Leftover pork tenderloin (marinated and prepared by us with "safe" ingredients) and home-made mashed potatoes
Dinner: Roast beef sandwich; bread from Panera (no sugar), roast beef not cured with sugar (sliced from the deli), spinach, and cheese, mustard and Duke's mayo
I didn't snack today, but normally I have Triscuits with either cheese or hummus when I get home from work. Now that I have kids, I also snack with cheese sticks.
