My son is 18 months and is allergic to milk. And he can't tolerate oat, hemp, rice or soy milk. Obviously he needs calcium and he's really not getting any. Are your little ones taking a calcium supplement? If so, which one?
Also, can you recommend a safe vitamin supplement?
How do your children get all the nutrients they need with such a limited diet?
Thank you so much

Hi There - I am a mother to a 14 month old son who was diagnosed at seven months of age with HFI. He was recently weaned off of formula and we have begun to use a powdered multi-vitamin that was recommended by his doctors at Children's Hospital in Boston Ma. The vitmain is NANO-VM. I had to order it online, it is pricey but worth it for the health benefits. It can be mixed in with his food or drinks. It is allergen tested and analyzed at no detectable level for egg, milk, soy, wheat, walnut, almond and peanut. You can purchase it at www.solacenutrition.com
