Hello I am Coley's grandmother, therefore Kristen's Mom and I am just here to lend support and say Hello to all of you... and if I can come up with some great recipe's, well maybe not so great...I will post them... and Laurie good luck with the tests for your son...I assume you will let all of us know what occurs... Hi Mom! Glad you joined! You can see from the posts our ingredient list isn't very large - and our shopping trips - loooong! But if I remember right, you were the one that could make a 4 course meal out of a slice of bologna and a couple stale crackers! I was thinking about your chicken stroganoff and chicken & dumplings - but we can't use cream of mushroom soup, or onions or carrots??? But some version of it might be good. And Tammy, put up a pretty good version of mock peroggies - I bet the real recipe would be allowable (well without the onion). Could we make stuffed cabbage without tomato??? Maybe use broth instead? Befor you ask - no beet soup! Nice of me to bombard you with request on your first day huh!....just had those bouncing around in my head! I'm still looking into grains - I think there's got to be more than wheat, rice & oat...I'll keep you posted on that! Thanks, love ya! KJ
