Make a batch of Tammy's chocolate cookies and Nancy's marshmallows and put them together into a cookie. They are SOOOOOO GOOD!
When the marshmallows are freshly whipped and soft, put them in a ziploc bag and cut the corner out. Pipe the fresh marshmallow on to the cookies to cover one side.
Take some SF peppermint candies (I got them from WalMart), crush to almost a powder, and then add a bit of dextrose. Push marshmallow side of cookie down into peppermint to coat. Let rest on a cookie sheet.
I also made some dipped in unsweetened coconut. Not sure if those will be OK for HFI.
We took these as our contribution to his preschool graduation and they were gobbled up by all. I may have to make anoher batch soon!
