I've been chowing on Roasted Soybeans for a while now. I usually have a serving size a day. I've been through three bags with no issue (not back to back, mind you). The same cannot be said for Roasted Green Beans. I'm not sure if they were roasted or dehydrated--either way they weren't safe. Tasted just like a green bean, but all the sweetness was brought out. They did not have any sugars listed on the label. I found them at trader joes, so if you see them and find yourself intrigued, just skip them. Totally not worth $3. My coworkers all seemed to like them, though.

Don't think I've seen anything like that in England, sounds like a coffee mix. Are they like a nibbly thing. I don't know if they list fructose in america but in england they will state if sugar or dextrose but don't seem to calculate any sugar value if fructose, makes life doubly frustrating if reading labels.
What do you work mates make of your diet?

Those soybeans look quite good for nibbles, I must have a scout about to see if we have similar. Those green beans do look very like fresh ones which are quite high in fructose so I guess they wouldn't be good.
