My kids love this for dinner plain or in a burrito with sour cream and cheese.
Salmon fillet (or any other fish fillet/meat) SF crackers (crumbled coarse or fine) pepper powdered garlic & parsley salt parmesan cheese (optional - the powdered kind, not fresh) olive oil
Heat frying pan with enough olive oil to coat bottom of pan (couple of tablespoons - so it is crunchy, but not deep fried). Mix cracker crumbs, parm cheese, seasoning together on a plate (not too much of the seasoned salt if you have salted crackers). Cut fish to desired size & coat in crumbs. Cook until browned both sides & cooked through.
Kind of a loose "recipe" but hopefully you get the gist.
