Somewhere I saw someone say there is a three to four day delay before a food eaten makes the MFI person sick.
Also they noted a cumulative effect of overlaping reations if you try too many new things.
Last week I was sick as a dog and still have the some symptoms and understand it will be 3 to 4 weeks till I am back to normal.
Then again, normal might not be as good as everyone elses normal as an Aduld HFI or DFI.
