I think I had this. It snuck up on my just like the web sources say. It is opposite of diabetic hypglycemia cause when HFI/DFI people get it it is a reaction to the food eaten 4 hours ago from what it says.
For me it means I will have to learn to carry glucose pills or candy cause this is all new to me since I just figured this out last week.
Similarly, I had anemia sneak up on me over aperiod of years. I have a concave finger nail and flat ones, signs of long term anemia. Then when I had bloody diarhea it just snowballed of control and I saw it was there when I was pale and finally dealt with it.
But with adults it can sneak up on you. You just think you are getting old. Even a doctor said to me it was part of turning 30 when I complained of prostate symptoms!
He was wrong, it went away after I fasted the way I was feeling old too fast.
Dealing with inflamation in one part of the body helps all over.
