I was kind of a vegetatian purist before I realized my problem. So I know alot about health food. It seems like most people here focus on what they can't eat or what is tasty.
But actually I think HFI people could benefit by the anti inflamatory affects of more cold water fish with lots of Omega threes and things like that.
I have ground chia seeds, something most peope don't know about that are supposed to be better than flax.
Since this is the wild west there and no all encompasing definitive list I don't know if chia or flax has frutose of fructans but ate it anyway assumeing it must be low if any.
If you know about chia I would like to hear if it is one hundred percent OK.
Range beef is better with omega 3 from eating grass. Standard cattle fed corn have more omega 6, and inflamer. These things catch up to you over time just like adult HFI.
I would recommend organic chicken and eggs too if you eat them.
