I have always had alot of dreams. About 10 years ago I started keeping a journal. I ended up putting dreams in there too.
The way dreams relates to HFI for me is I read that disturbing dreams can come from anemia.
I was so anemic last week I turned pale as sheet.
One interesting dream I had then was of flying dutchman ships flying over the harbor past me.
I read that they are a sign of doom.
But I had a dream of the end of my sickness too. Around the time I figured out it was fructose my dream was reaching the top of a spiral stair case.
I read that a spiral stair case in a dream is symbolic of illness.
