does anyone have any ideas for pizza toppings please as these would make great extras for packed lunches and snacks. I make pizza dough in the bread maker but all the pizzas so far I have made only have had cheese, prawns or mackeral and have turned out very dry so ideas gratefully received.

grilled chicken, mushrooms, olives, beef, sausage, pepperoni, salami, lots and lots of cheese.
You can put most anything on a pizza.

I make a sauce out of spinach, herbs, butter and rice milk . I thicken it a touch with corn starch. Then I top it with turkey pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, and olive oil.

1. pesto sauce, mozzarella, feta, spinach, mushrooms, chicken 2. Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, chicken, mushrooms, herbs - Hot sauce added to the pizza before you eat. You could add black olives to either of these if you wanted.

There's a pizza joint a block from my work that makes #1. All of their dough is sugar-free. When I order a small pizza, it takes much restraint to only eat two of the six slices.

Great, thanks everyone, will try some of these, having trouble finding any sort of processed meats that she can have at moment, got my friendly butcher on case as I still can't give her dextrose until further tests been done but your sauce sounds good CK that might moisten it a bit, maybe a sort of cheese sauce will do it as she can have dairy, will have an experiment and see what happens.

Hi Charlie
Asda thin and crispy and the deep pan pizza base are sugar free, I'm sure its only the 9" thin and crispy and 9" deep pan, they have a folder behind the counter that lists all the ingredients, they have them at the counter where they make the fresh pizzas. Also Asda white tin bread is ok
