Awesome list, Boron! I can't believe how massive it is.

Wow, that list must have taken some compiling, like Fred though I wonder about the processed meats origin as in Britain most sausages and hams etc have some sugar content and therefore are big no no. In fact I have yet to find a processed meat here that is safe.
also what is your idea on eggs as I am still a bit confused, as Sandra found out on nutrition data they have quite a high content of fructose / sucrose. Megs doesn't like them by themselves but I have now stopped making her pancakes and bread and butter pudding which she did like, incase they were causing a reaction.

Hi Charlie
I don't know if you have an Asda near you, as they sell childrens pack of cooked ham, which contains dextrose, and Hannah loves this. Also Lawson skinless saudages are ok.

Thanks irene, yes we do have an Asda nearby. My problem is that Megs seems to have problems with glucose / dextrose too so we can't use it until they have made up their minds at the hospital what is going on!!!! Let you know in a few years time, LOL. I have had a local butcher recommended to me but still haven't had time to go to him and he will make stuff up for you and cure his own meats and bacons if you buy enough of it so I must get round to that.

I checked out the website that listed the amount of sugars in foods and I saw that peas are low in fructose. Im wondering why they are not recommended to eat for HFIers. The other one I was surprised about was pumpkin..... is everyone eating peas and pumpkins and I am just missing out!?

Peas and Pumpkin are out for me too. For veggies, I pretty much stick to a bit of spinach, mushrooms, and white potatoes without the skin.

I'm with CK - spinach, mushrooms, and a bit of white potatoes. I also like a couple dill pickle spears every once in awhile.
