High prices of corn are forcing food manufacturers to replace HFCS with sugar. Well, I guess that will make our label-reading that much more easy.

I was stuck in a dr waiting room the other day, watching one of the morning talk shows (The View maybe?) the one with Whoopi Goldberg. Whoopi was really laying it on about getting rid of HFCS. Manufacturers can say anything they want about making their products healthier, but as long as they use HFCS, don't believe them.
