It's a generic brand that only has rice and vitamins and minerals. I was going to try and spray some water on them, then sprinkle some dextrose, or maybe even a pixie stick, and then put in the oven on low heat to make cereal. Anyone ever try anything like this? I know, it a lot of work, but since Graham cannot have gluten, we do not have any cereal options.

He might just like it without any sweetener.

I've had plain puffed rice as cereal and it's ok. If I want to make it more interesting I fry them quickly in a dry frying-pan. It brings out the flavour a bit and makes them slightly crunchy. The next step is to sprinkle a little bit of oil and salt on them and then set them in the oven to toast.
