Here's a recipe for chocolate chips or molds:
3 oz Hersheys Unsweetened Baking Chocolate 2 Tbsp coconut butter 1 1/4 c dextrose cut with 1/4 c cornstarch or potato starch 1 tsp milk
Melt the chocolate and cocoa butter in the microwave. Add dextrose mixture and pres into molds or pour onto wax paper to make chocolate chunks.
