I love playing HFI guinea pig on vacation. If you're ever in Disney World (in Orlando, Florida, USA): • The chicken fingers and french fries are safe, but I got tired of eating them twice a day. • Most of the food in Germany (at Epcot) is safe and delicious. I think I ate one of everything. It was the only place I felt safe. • Stay away from Morocco (in Epcot). • I think the bacon is honey/brown sugar cured, so don't eat it. • I was wary of all the bread, so I didn't eat it. Though I did have some bread with my pesto pasta (at the counter service locations) and it was crunchy & yummy.

Good to know. Chicken fingers are usually a safe bet for me. My favorite travel story is when I was at the Hard Rock in Hawaii, and asked if the chicken strips had sugar, they first told me that they couldn't tell me because it is a secret receipe!!! If I was going to steal a recipe, it wouldn't be that one They finally told me that for diabetic purposes, they can tell me that there is sugar in it. It is almost impossible to find bacon that is not cured with honey or sugar. Almost all pork products are. Salami I can find with dextrose-some times.

Ditto Disney World Paris. Lived on chicken and fry's (chips) for 3 days! Most German bread is fine but stick to the white and avoid brioche (french but available everywhere!) and dark breads as they like to put Molasses in!
