1 lb. ground beef 1 small can mushrooms 1 can Cambells cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk 1/4 tsp salt 4 large potatoes 1 Tbs oil 1/2 cup chopped celery pepper to taste
Break up ground beef, saute in skillet over medium heat in oil until brown. Add mushrooms, and celery and saute 5 min. Stir in mushroom soup, milk, salt and pepper and remove from heat. Place hafl of potatoes in greased 2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt. Spoon half of ground meat mixture over potatoes. Cover with remaining potatoes and the rest of the salt. Layer with the other half of the meat mixture over all. Cover and bake at 400 deg for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
