4 Baking potatos 1 egg white, stiffly beaten 1 1/2 tsp parsley 1/4 tsp mustard 1 cup buttermilk 1 TBLSP Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 - 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp dill
Bake the potatos at 350 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Cut them into half lengthwise and scoop the potato into mixing bowl, keeping the skins intact for stuffing. Add all the ingredients except the egg white, to the potatos and whip together. Fold in egg white. Stuff the potato skins with the mixture and place on baking sheets. Sprinkle with additional paprika and parsley. Bake at 350 until hot and browned
