Cook 2 - 3 lbs of diced potatos until tender. Melt 1 stick of margarine and add 1 heaping Tbsp parsley flakes. Pour margaine and parsley over potatoes and stir.
This is a good side dish with any kind of meat. Baked Pork Chops, steak, Fish.
They also re-heat very well in the microwave.
