3 Tbsp. Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Place potatoes in a gallon size zip bag, add oil. Toss to coat.
Add dressing mix and toss again until coated.
Bake on ungreased baking pan at 450 degrees for 35 min.
Note: The mix does contain dried onion.
