Take any shape cookie cutter, dip it in food coloring and make shapes on top of the cake.
You can also put the cookie cutter on the cake, put some sugar-free pudding inside the cutter, covering the entire inside up to the edges, then put a different color pudding outside the cutter. Pull the cookie cutter straight off.
Take a little evaporated milk, add food coloring to make any color desired, and using a clean paintbrush "paint" on crackers to make designs.
Put a little food coloring in cream cheese, place in a plastic bad, snip off a corner (like a pastry bag) and you can write on top of cake.
