A great dip is to take a med size Velveeta Cheese, and melt it slowly in the micromave with a stick of butter. Add a package of cooked, well-drained spinache. I don't like spinache myself, but this dip is wonderful. My daughter dips Triscuits and/or pretzels in it. I toast bread hunks for the rest of us.
She also dips her pretzels and crackers into Whipped Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
