Peel and slice enough potatos to fill your casserole dish. Brown either sausage (check the ingred) or Hickory Farms Beef Stick-cut up. Place a layer of potatos, a layer of meat, a layer of any kind of cheese. The sharper the cheese, the tangier the dish, and dot with margarine. Repeat all the layers until the dish is full. Pour milk in the sides of the pan until everything is completely covered.
Cover and bake at 350 until the potatoes are almost done. Uncover and bake until golden brown.
