2 packages chopped, frozen spinach 2 cup finely crushed saltines 5 eggs 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 cup melted margarine or butter 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. thyme
Cook spinach and drain well. Mix all ingredients together. Chill and roll into small balls. Bake 20 - 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not brown. Makes 30 - 40 balls. May also be used as an appetizer.
You can also use Triscuits or potato chips in place of saltines. (I like the Triscuits best)
