Another Paczki Day passes with me mooning over the horribly tempting pastries and not being able to enjoy even touching them (as I might accidentally lick my fingers afterward).

I love donuts, too. Which also doesn't help. I do, however, have a deep fryer that is begging me to make some sugar-free deep-fried goodness. Mmmmmm... Anybody have any recipes for donuts? Or, at least, any recipes I could easily convert into DFI donuts?

HI,
Nancy Randall posted a doughnut recipe a while back. (It's on page 2.) My aunt makes doughnuts for Regina and I thought I had also put her recipe on, but I didn't see it. Nancy's are good, but I'll also get my aunt's recipe and post that one also.
