2 cups clams 1/8 cup olive oil 1 clove garlic salt and pepper to taste
Saute together until reduced, then add 1 bottle clam juice (be sure to doube check ingriedents - different brands are different. Can subsitute water or milk if you can't find any) 1 pt cream
Blend 2 TBLS flour with 2 TBLS melted butter and add slowly to mixture to thicken
