9" 1 1/2 cups + 3 TBsp flour 1 1/2 tsp dextrose 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup canola oil 3 TBsp. cold milk
Mix all together and pat into your pie plate. No rolling required.
10" 2 cup flour 2 tsp dextrose 1 tsp salt 2/3 cup canola oil 3 TBsp. cold milk

ok, I goofed that one. ;D I have now fixed it. I just forgot a couple of key words there.
I haven't tried Fred's Mom's cookies with it. I don't know how it would work. I don't know why not. The pie crust tastes about the same, just maybe not real "flaky" since it's not rolled so it would probably work.

Yeah, I've only ever used it for pie crust. It's very simple for that. I just fill it with pudding, and now add SF Cool Whip, and Regina is thrilled. She loves it. I wasn't sure how shapes would work. Guess I know now not to try it. ;D Glad he liked it, though.

Check out some of the pie dough mixes at the supermarket. Our Weis brand is fine and all you do is add water. Very, very simple. No sugar of any kind in it. You still have to roll it out, but it's still easier than starting from scratch.
