Hallo, I often read the posts on this side. There are a lot of interesting informations. Thank you, especially for the recipes. I do have some problems with translation into german, but it will be better. All of you are thankful for experiences with HFI. I know a brother and his sister from Switzerland. Both have HFI. They are nearly 30 years old. You can read about them and talk to them in English on www.hfi.chCati

Cati, Thanks for letting me know you enjoy the recipes. I'm sorry I can't be of any help getting them into German for you. I have visited your beautiful country, but I don't know any of the langauge. Actually, Germany looks alot like Pennsylvania. I now know why so many Germans settled in our area.
I am a lazy cook. I use all the pre-made shortcuts I can. My son is currently working in the Netherlands and he tells me that soup is hard to find there. Since I use soup so often in my recipes, I'll post a soup recipe. If you can't find it in a can, you can make your own. Maybe this will be of some help.
That is actually why I never posted any recipes on the swiss website. Things that I use are different from the things they have available. I was never sure if they would be of any help.
Are you HFI? Or are you cooking for someone else?
If you have any questions about anything else I use, please just ask.

Hallo Tammy. Cati, Thanks for letting me know you enjoy the recipes. I'm sorry I can't be of any help getting them into German for you. That's not a problem. I have to try, because I learnt English at school for some years! So I have to refresh. I have visited your beautiful country, but I don't know any of the langauge. Actually, Germany looks alot like Pennsylvania. I now know why so many Germans settled in our area. ;D Yes, Germans don't like changes. That's right. Many things in your recipes I cannot find in Germany. But that does not matter. I found a lot here that I can use in the kitchen in between. Your recipes are inspiration for me. That's a big help. Are you HFI? Or are you cooking for someone else? I'm not HFI, but I have fructose malabsorption. Here you can read about the difference. I also can eat only a little fructose. It could get better and it could not. Still my intestine doesn't like fructose. best wishes Cati
