The link below sells a baking powder that is made from potato starch instead of corn starch. www.ener-g.com/

I take 1 tablespoon baking soda and 200 ml milk instead of 1 package baking powder.

When I looked up Corn Starch, it was listed as having no sugars in it. Did I miss something?

When I looked up Corn Starch, it was listed as having no sugars in it. Did I miss something? No, that's right. Corn Starch has no sugar. But my problem is, that I'm allergic to all items made of corn. So I use only baking soda. It is a good alternative. Cati
