Hi Everyone,
I hope you and your loved ones are all fine. Following the advice of the knowledgeable members of the Forum, I refrain from giving any supplements to our son (who is an 8-year-old HFI patient). Except Vitamin C (ascorbic acid powder) and krill oil... I wonder if I can give him allicin and lycopene supplements (unless, of course, the tablets contain ingredients that should not be taken by HFI patients). Health benefits of garlic and tomatoes are mentioned frequently, and allicin and lycopene seem to be the respective active ingredients of the two.
With my thanks in advance for your replies,
Armagan

I have absolutely no idea. I do use Garlic infused olive oil a lot in my cooking which is 100% HFI safe. All I can suggest is try them and see. you should be able to tell if they are not agreeing with him and check the ingredients of course.
Hope this helps?

In some of your posts I had read your recommendations about the garlic infused oil. I will let our son try that, as well as allicin and lycopene supplements (if I can find any suitable brand) and will post our experiences on the forum. Best wishes...
