Flax seeds (super high in omega 3s)
Amazake- rice pudding. can order starter from g.e.m. cultures. could be a better sweetner than something like dextrose which has been stripped of any naturally occuring b vitamins or minerals.
olives
nori and other seaweeds.
kefir - dairy culture similar to yogurt.
homemade sauerkraut - good source of vitamin C

homemade sauerkraut - good source of vitamin C You can eat sauerkraut? I'm wondering. 100 g sauerkraut contains 77 mg sorbitol and 1,5 g fructose. So I have problems with sauerkraut and don't eat it. Cati
