OK not the kind of video I would normally recommend.. (far to many quack Doctors on the internet) However even without knowing anything about the HFI diet, he is essentially recommending our diet as a way to repair a damaged liver.. a liver damaged by HFCS no less.

Apparently it damages everyone's livers.

Indeed, my son had a normal liver in the NICU until they started giving him sugar water and then he suddenly had NASH (non-alcoholic steatohepatitis). HFI may be more protective than one would think as the diet guards against NAFLD and NASH while the rest of the world destroys their livers. I love when he says "stop looking at what to add to fix the problem".

He's right-- This is a subtraction problem, not addition!
