There is a Spanish HFI group on facebook who do a lot of recipes. Not all of them are very safe however but many can be made safe easily, just leave out the fructose containing foods. That site has not realised that all Fructose is toxic to us and think "tolerated" is safe.. it is not. I will edit this tio add it when I find it.
