carboxypeptidase A (CBP) - Aldalose B Enzyme
Schiff Bases - Fructose Bi-Phosphatase Enzyme

There are many derivavtives/variations of the molecules used for different Enzymes throughout the body, but they are not interchangeable... It appears that if these molecular variations are not contained within their tissue of origin, it may be possible that the wayward molecule is used to create nonfunctional Enzyme in another tissue.
The Liver metabozes and detoxifies and by its nature does not contain/prevent variations of the molecules from entering the liver cell
