Here is a link to an online book about FBPase. Since there is no clinical diagnostic criteria for a Disorder of the Enzyme and requires specific testing to differentiate it from an Aldolase B issue, Medically it is HFI, but not exclusively. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK550349/

Medically it is NOT associated with HFI at all in any way except that people with PBPase need to avoid large quantities of Fructose in their diets.
Read the blessed article you have posted above and perhaps understand what it says?
