Hello Everyone,
I would ask another "bread ingredients" question. Many thanks in advance for your replies.
I wonder if the following ingredients are safe:
- Yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae) - Enzymes (hemicellulose, alpha amylase, lipase)
On the forum there are entries about amylase and lipase, and if I understand those entries correctly, amylase and lipase are safe. Nevertheless, I wanted to be sure. Not sure about hemicellulose and yeast.
