I have melted this chocolate added a sachet of artificial sweetener and poured into moulds, it works perfect every time. sorry I was slow in sharing, this is the ingredient list. Is there any problems with it???
Low-fat milk solids, palm kernel oil, cocoa mass, Emulsifier [soy lecithin] Cocoa solids content [13%]
They are reasonably priced willing to deal with individual orders from other countries and might work for you.

Use “downloads” tab at the top and keep hitting Blocks until you see 110gm-sugar free plain there is a peppermint as well. And I think the buttons are just a waste of money but they are there and a yogurt something but it looked iffy.
