We are invited out to an Indian Food restaurant. I am 100% dairy free beside the fructose intolerance...will there be anything I can eat or will I need to take my own lunch box? Help!

naan and rice? Oh, maybe Tandoori chicken.
I'm not sure if there's anything else that would be safe. I really love Saag/Palak Paneer, but it has onions in it.

Thank-you Colormist! I have a couple of days yet...think I'll sneak a few nibbles along with me, too, just in case. Glad to know naan bread works.

AS A FOLLOW UP: I took my own lunch to the Indian Restaurant and it wasn't a problem at all. Ordered unsweetened tea. Had a great social time! Some restaurants can be negative, but if you explain they usually are OK, I find, about bring your own food in a group of people.

Tummyache,
I'm glad everything worked out! We usually pack food for my son whenever we leave the house and then we know we always have something or him if we stop to eat somewhere. Most of the time we pick places that have plain noodles. we have not run into anyplace that gave us a hard time about bringing outside food as long, so I'm glad you are still going and enjoying the social aspect of restaurants, especially more unique ones!
